Duration of CA course after 10-
Before 2007 students were eligible for registration in CPT, but after forming the CA foundation exam students only can register themself after the 12th. But if some students want to register in the CA course after the 10th then they have to wait for 6.5 years.

Duration of CA course after 12th-
Most of the 12th students want to pursue their career as professional chartered accountants after the 12th. For clearing the entire CA course students have to invest 4.5 years after the 12th.

- If a student enrolled in CA foundation after then it will take four months from registration to the CA foundation exam.
- After clearing the CA foundation exam ICAI will give eight-month to CA students.
- After clearing the CA foundation and CA intermediate both groups of students have to take three years of practical training in any registered CA firm.
- The duration of the CA course after the 12th is four years and five months.
Duration of CA course after graduation-
ICAI has a direct entry scheme for students who register themself in the CA course after graduation or post-graduation. Means of ICAI direct entry scheme that students of graduation and post-graduation don’t need to clear the CA foundation exam for registration in CA intermediate exam, they can directly enrol themself in CA intermediate. But ICAI has only one condition for a direct entry scheme for graduate and postgraduate students that students should clear graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. The total duration of the CA course after graduation is three years and five months.
Duration of Details of CA course after graduation-
- After clearing graduation or post-graduation students have to invest ten months. Students have to go through one-month training of ICITSS after registering themself in ICAI direct scheme. After completing one-month training students need to register themself for nine months’ training of articleship. So this is the calculation of students 10 months in which they are invested in the CA course after graduation or post-graduation.
- After clearing CA intermediate exam students have to wait for two years and eight months. In two years and eight months, students have to complete two years and three months in the articleship program and the remaining eight months have to wait for CA final exams.
